Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

3E Events provides turnkey event planning, 3D stage and exhibition stall design, custom fabrication, audio-visual production, artist management, and experiential marketing services across India. Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for each project are governed by the signed Purchase Order (PO) or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property & 3D CAD Designs

All bespoke 3D stall renders, stage concepts, creative themes, and technical CAD drawings prepared by 3E Events remain the intellectual property of 3E Events until formal project commissioning or as stipulated in the client agreement.

3. Venue Compliance, Permits & Force Majeure

All on-ground productions adhere to venue structural norms, electrical load guidelines, and local safety regulations. Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by Force Majeure events including extreme weather, statutory directives, or public emergencies.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
